MICHEL BROUSSET

Founder and CEO, Waldencast

Michel Brousset has more than 25 years of experience leading and operating global companies―including L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble,where he launched and built iconic products across multiple geographies. Currently, he is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Waldencast, which was created to grow next-generation beauty and wellness brands. Prior to founding Waldencast, Michel was the Group President of L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division in North America, overseeing the largest segment of L’Oréal’s global business in terms of sales and profitability. In addition to his extensive leadership experience at L’Oréal, Michel spent nearly 14 years at Procter & Gamble in various marketing and brand management roles across North America and Western Europe. Michel currently serves as the Chairman of Kjaer Weis and as a Board Director for several Waldencast portfolio companies.

Founder and CCO of Jones Road Beauty

Bobbi Brown is a beauty industry titan, world-renowned makeup artist, bestselling author, sought-after speaker, and serial entrepreneur. As a professional makeup artist, Bobbi created the ten simple lipsticks that launched her billion-dollar brand, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. PRIYANKA GILL

Co-Founder, The Good Glamm Group and CEO, the Good Media Co.

Priyanka Gill is the co-founder of The Good Glamm Group, South Asia’s largest beauty and personal care conglomerate built on the flywheel of  content, creator, and commerce. The GoodGlamm Group is valued at $1.2 billion, backed by Amazon, Bessemer Venture Partners, Warburg Pincus, and Prosus Ventures. Within the Good Glamm Group, Priyanka is the CEO of  Good Media Co, one of India’s largest digital media companies comprising POPxo, ScoopWhoop, MissMalini, and BabyChakra platforms that engage over 200 million users every month. In 2013, Priyanka founded POPxo―a digital community for women powered by relatable and engaging content. In 2017, she launched Plixxo―a platform connecting brands and digital media influencers. In August 2020, POPxo-Plixxo merged with makeup brand MyGlamm leading to the formation of The Good Glamm Group. CAROL HAMILTON

Group President, Acquisitions and West Coast Headquarters, L’Oreal

Carol is Group President of US Acquisitions, the BOLD fund, and the West Coast headquarters for L’Oréal USA. She is strategically charged with identifying key American brands and services for potential acquisition or investment. In 2020, she was also charged with opening its second headquarters in Los Angeles, and to lead the Group’s West Coast operation, culture, and reputation.

During her 39-year career at L’Oréal, she has been responsible for building the L’Oréal flagship brand from a small indie brand in the ’80s into the #1 global beauty brand worldwide. Throughout her career, Carol has been dedicated to philanthropic causes. In 2009, she spearheaded the Armani Acqua for Life program with UNICEF and subsequently joined both the National Board and New York Regional Board, where she serves as Director and Chair, respectively. In 2013, Carol created the Women in Power course in gender equality for L’Oréal executives with the Harvard Women’s Leadership Board. She was elected to Chairman of that Board in 2018, and just finished her four-year term.

NATHAN HARDING

Co-Founder and CEO, Luum Lash

Nathan Harding co-founded LUUM Lash where he intends to create a new category called “Beauty Experience Automation.” This continues a long career of using robotics to augment rather than replace human abilities. Previously, Nate co-founded and took public Ekso Bionics, as a co-inventor of the company’s founding technology. Ekso Bionics creates life-changing human exoskeletons that currently allow survivors of strokes and spinal cord injuries to get up and walk in over 500 locations worldwide. Prior to that, he led teams in developing high-speed automation equipment, including the world’s fastest offshore-pipeline welding system, optical-fiber draw-tower take-up, optical-fiber proof-testing machine, and semiconductor FOUP buffer. Nate currently holds 26 US patents and an extensive portfolio of international patents.  He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and economics from Carnegie Mellon and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tony Jaillot has 27 years of global experience in driving growth across the B2B and B2C beauty and personal care market where he held leadership roles in sales, marketing, strategy, M&A, and general management with BASF, Cargill, and Ciba as well as IMCD, and is a renowned industry consultant. An established voice in beauty, Jessica Matlin joined the Moda Operandi team as Director of Beauty in May of 2022. In her role, Jessica is responsible for developing the go-to market strategy for the category, which includes brand curation, vendor relations and establishing Moda Operandi’s point of differentiation. With over two decades of experience, including 15 years at L’Oréal , Alexandra is an energetic beauty industry leader known for building and revitalizing global brands. Alexandra began her career in Paris, where she worked directly with  Giorgio Armani, which has shaped her eye for design and beauty. Her passion for New York brought her to the US in 2005, where she has led multiple brands to success, including Giorgio Armani Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) Beauty, Shu Uemura, Viktor and Rolf, and Maison Margiela. In 2017, Alexandra was appointed Global President of Laura Mercier, where she led the relaunch of the iconic brand following its acquisition by the Shiseido Group.
