Michel Brousset has more than 25 years of experience leading and operating global companies―including L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble,where he launched and built iconic products across multiple geographies. Currently, he is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Waldencast, which was created to grow next-generation beauty and wellness brands. Prior to founding Waldencast, Michel was the Group President of L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division in North America, overseeing the largest segment of L’Oréal’s global business in terms of sales and profitability. In addition to his extensive leadership experience at L’Oréal, Michel spent nearly 14 years at Procter & Gamble in various marketing and brand management roles across North America and Western Europe. Michel currently serves as the Chairman of Kjaer Weis and as a Board Director for several Waldencast portfolio companies. 




Founder and CCO of Jones Road Beauty

Bobbi Brown is a beauty industry titan, world-renowned makeup artist, bestselling author, sought-after speaker, and serial entrepreneur. As a professional makeup artist, Bobbi created the ten simple lipsticks that launched her billion-dollar brand, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Bobbi left her namesake brand in 2016 to return to her roots as an entrepreneur, launching three new businesses―, a digital editorial content site; The George, a 31-room boutique hotel in Montclair, NJ; and The Important Things, a podcast that interviews thought leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs on the habits and mindsets that have helped them live their most authentic and gratifying lives. In October 2020, Bobbi made her triumphant return to the beauty industry and launched Jones Road Beauty―a collection of edited and indispensable clean beauty products for all ages, skin types, and skin tones.

Luana Bumachar is Chief Marketing Officer at Beautycounter, a certified B Corp leader in clean beauty with a mission to get safer products into the hands of everyone. Luana is a transformational marketing executive with over 20 years of experience building brands, maximizing their impact and cultural relevance through groundbreaking marketing strategies, product innovation, and digital marketing strategies. Before joining Beautycounter, Luana was Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and e-commerce at Central Garden & Pet as well as Vice President of Owned Brands and Innovation at Grove Collaborative. Prior to that, Luana spent 18 years as a marketing executive and brand builder at global consumer goods company Unilever. During her tenure she worked on over 200 trend-led initiatives for more than 20 iconic brands.

Kelly Coller is the Chief Marketing Officer at Haus Labs by Lady Gaga and has been a critical partner in rebuilding the brand (under Founder Lady Gaga’s vision) and leading its retail expansion. Coller rebuilt three departments within Haus and is part of the powerhouse team responsible for the highly successful, bestselling, reimagined Haus Labs―from brand DNA and

strategy to positioning, product marketing, storytelling, and viral campaigns including TikTok, and more. Previously, Coller drove unprecedented global growth and expansion for celebrity/beauty startups including leadership roles at LVMH/Kendo (Kat Von D Beauty), L’Oréal, and Sephora (Sephora Originals). Coller is recognized as the secret weapon behind Top 10 global makeup/founder brands and offers a unique lens―leading and developing breakthrough brands, firsts, and fan frenzy.



Senior Director of Ecommerce, Farmacy

Tiffany Marie Corpuz is the Senior Director of Ecommerce at Farmacy Beauty, a conscious skincare brand recently acquired by Proctor & Gamble. Tiffany has led all things direct-to-consumer for Farmacy Beauty for the last two and a half years. She has 12 years of experience in the beauty digital space―from global digital expansion at Benefit Cosmetics, to digital transformation at Fresh Beauty, to leading multibrand e-commerce at Amorepacific.



CMO, Ulta Beauty

As Ulta Beauty’s Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle Crossan-Matos creates value and drives sustainable business growth as a change agent who is both a strategic driver and a hands-on pragmatic problem solver. She oversees integrated marketing, creative, customer experience, member loyalty, public relations, consumer insights, and UB Media for the leading beauty retailer.

A C-suite executive with deep transformational, operational, and brand building expertise, Michelle brings a global perspective to business challenges and team development. From private equity to fast-moving Fortune 500 consumer goods and technology companies, Michelle’s expertise, enthusiasm, and passion consistently elevate her business prowess and inspire teams around her.

Prior to Ulta Beauty, Michelle served as Chief Marketing, Citizenship, and Communications Officer at Samsung Electronics America, where she was responsible for leading the company’s US consumer, B2B marketing, and communications strategies. Throughout her decades-long marketing career, she has held various leadership roles with Vertu and Procter & Gamble, where she gained extensive experience in beauty and personal care.




Co-Founder, The Good Glamm Group and CEO, the Good Media Co.

Priyanka Gill is the co-founder of The Good Glamm Group, South Asia’s largest beauty and personal care conglomerate built on the flywheel of  content, creator, and commerce. The GoodGlamm Group is valued at $1.2 billion, backed by Amazon, Bessemer Venture Partners, Warburg Pincus, and Prosus Ventures. Within the Good Glamm Group, Priyanka is the CEO of  Good Media Co, one of India’s largest digital media companies comprising POPxo, ScoopWhoop, MissMalini, and BabyChakra platforms that engage over 200 million users every month. In 2013, Priyanka founded POPxo―a digital community for women powered by relatable and engaging content. In 2017, she launched Plixxo―a platform connecting brands and digital media influencers. In August 2020, POPxo-Plixxo merged with makeup brand MyGlamm leading to the formation of The Good Glamm Group. Priyanka is the founding board member of CXXO by Kalaari Capital helping female founder-CEOs. She also sits on TiE Delhi-NCR.



Group President, Acquisitions and West Coast Headquarters, L’Oreal

Carol is Group President of US Acquisitions, the BOLD fund, and the West Coast headquarters for L’Oréal USA. She is strategically charged with identifying key American brands and services for potential acquisition or investment. In 2020, she was also charged with opening its second headquarters in Los Angeles, and to lead the Group’s West Coast operation, culture, and reputation.

During her 39-year career at L’Oréal, she has been responsible for building the L’Oréal flagship brand from a small indie brand in the ’80s into the #1 global beauty brand worldwide. Throughout her career, Carol has been dedicated to philanthropic causes. In 2009, she spearheaded the Armani Acqua for Life program with UNICEF and subsequently joined both the National Board and New York Regional Board, where she serves as Director and Chair, respectively. In 2013, Carol created the Women in Power course in gender equality for L’Oréal executives with the Harvard Women’s Leadership Board. She was elected to Chairman of that Board in 2018, and just finished her four-year term.



Co-Founder and CEO, Luum Lash

Nathan Harding co-founded LUUM Lash where he intends to create a new category called “Beauty Experience Automation.” This continues a long career of using robotics to augment rather than replace human abilities. Previously, Nate co-founded and took public Ekso Bionics, as a co-inventor of the company’s founding technology. Ekso Bionics creates life-changing human exoskeletons that currently allow survivors of strokes and spinal cord injuries to get up and walk in over 500 locations worldwide. Prior to that, he led teams in developing high-speed automation equipment, including the world’s fastest offshore-pipeline welding system, optical-fiber draw-tower take-up, optical-fiber proof-testing machine, and semiconductor FOUP buffer. Nate currently holds 26 US patents and an extensive portfolio of international patents.  He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and economics from Carnegie Mellon and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.



Global Vice President of Beauty and Personal Care at Univar Solutions

Tony Jaillot has 27 years of global experience in driving growth across the B2B and B2C beauty and personal care market where he held leadership roles in sales, marketing, strategy, M&A, and general management with BASF, Cargill, and Ciba as well as IMCD, and is a renowned industry consultant. Jaillot holds a bachelor’s degree in organic chemistry from Chemistry University of Marseille, France and a master’s degree in cosmetic science from the University of Pharmacy in Nantes, France. Jaillot also has extensive education in business administration and strategy with master’s degrees from IAE France and INSEAD. He is also an entrepreneur, investor, and coach who is passionately focused on biotech and sustainability for next generation consumer benefits.

Tamar Lara Kamen, Vice President of Product Development at Topicals, is a product development, innovation, and marketing beauty industry expert with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in senior positions at companies such as Peter Thomas Roth, Estée Lauder, Dr. Dennis Gross, and Dr. Brandt and as a consultant for brands such as Tom Ford Beauty, Hero Cosmetics, and Summer Fridays. She has a passion for developing brands of all sizes specializing in strategy, marketing, and product.

Charlotte Knight is the beauty entrepreneur behind four global beauty innovators that are breaking all the beauty boundaries. Charlotte has never been one to fit the traditional mold of a businesswoman. Lorne Lucree is a proven C-suite beauty, wellness, and personal care global marketing and product innovation executive who has leveraged  experience to build a career that encompasses every step of the product launch value chain, giving him the highly unique ability to truly connect the dots from blue sky idea to shelf. Experience marrying global marketing and R&D experience at international beauty organizations like L’Oréal and Estée Lauder with the agility, speed, and creative problem-solving of successful fast-growth beauty incubators like Luxury Brand Partners, gives him a unique perspective on thoughtful product launches and processes. Connecting the experiences of these key leadership positions has informed his expertise in conceptualizing innovation built on consumer insights that he can then formulate with manufacturing in mind―resulting in seamless, disruptive launches that excite both consumers and retailers.

An established voice in beauty, Jessica Matlin joined the Moda Operandi team as Director of Beauty in May of 2022. In her role, Jessica is responsible for developing the go-to market strategy for the category, which includes brand curation, vendor relations and establishing Moda Operandi’s point of differentiation. She also collaborates closely with the marketing and creative teams on editorial messaging, influencer campaigns, and event activation strategy.

Prior to her appointment at Moda Operandi, Jessica was the beauty director of Harper’s Bazaar. She is also the co-founder and co-host of the award-winning podcast, Fat Mascara, the category-defining show she launched in 2016. With over 10 million downloads, Fat Mascara started an entirely new conversation in beauty, breaking down industry news and airing conversations with the most influential names in beauty, from Bobbi Brown to hairstylist Jawara and Jane Fonda to Kim Kardashian.




Founder and CEO, Mintty Makeup

Drag queen/cosmetics entrepreneur/trans rights activist, she is an organizer of the Black Trans Lives rally In Living Color—a “highly melanated and genderfully extravagant” drag show—and a supporter of organizations like The Okra Project, Marsha P. Johnson Institute, GLITS Inc., and For The Gworls, alongside her educational and inspirational Patreon account. Her vivacious personality, beaming with positivity, takes material form in her joyous brand, Mintty Makeup.


CEO, Function of Beauty

With over two decades of experience, including 15 years at L’Oréal , Alexandra is an energetic beauty industry leader known for building and revitalizing global brands. Alexandra began her career in Paris, where she worked directly with  Giorgio Armani, which has shaped her eye for design and beauty. Her passion for New York brought her to the US in 2005, where she has led multiple brands to success, including Giorgio Armani Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) Beauty, Shu Uemura, Viktor and Rolf, and Maison Margiela. In 2017, Alexandra was appointed Global President of Laura Mercier, where she led the relaunch of the iconic brand following its acquisition by the Shiseido Group. In 2022, following L Catterton’s investment in Function of Beauty (FoB), Alexandra took over as CEO of the beauty tech scaleup. 



Founder and CEO, Luxury Institute

Milton Pedraza is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Luxury Institute. He is globally recognized as one of the world’s leading luxury industry experts, as well as a leading private investor and entrepreneur in a new category he has coined as “Creator Empowerment Technology.” Milton has served on the boards of top-tier luxury brands, as well as tech start-ups and is a member of the Advisory Board at The UHNW Institute. Milton is a frequent speaker at corporate events worldwide, a guest speaker at Columbia University, has lectured at Harvard University, and has been recognized as a top Latin Entrepreneur by Stanford University. Prior to founding the Luxury Institute, his successful career included executive roles at PepsiCo, Colgate, Citibank, and Cendant. Milton was born in Colombia, raised in the US, and has served as a senior executive in several countries. He has conducted business in over 120 countries and speaks several languages.

Nico is the co-founder and CEO of Catch, a retention and loyalty tool used by modern brands to reward young shoppers at checkout and keep them coming back. Prior to starting Catch, Nico was a Product Manager at Affirm in the buy-now-pay-later space.



CMO of Jones Road Beauty

Cody Plofker is the Chief Marketing Officer of Jones Road Beauty, a clean beauty brand created by renowned makeup artist Bobbi Brown. Plofker oversees the development and execution of all aspects of the two-year-old, direct-to-consumer brand’s marketing strategy including digital and social strategy, email marketing, customer experience, and earned and paid media. Under his leadership, Jones Road Beauty grew its audience by 250% and tripled revenues in 2022. In addition to his work at Jones Road Beauty, Plofker is an advisor to high-growth brands and SAAS companies such as 1440, Northbeam, Varos, Octane AI, Motion, Chamberlain Coffee, and more. A highly-sought out resource on digital marketing and direct-to-consumer strategies, Plofker has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Vogue Business. Sarah Rose is the Chief Product Officer of IPSY, where she leverages technology and digital experiences to delight consumers and brand partners and drive business results. She oversees IPSY’s digital and technology platforms from front-end apps to back-end infrastructure, and is responsible for leading innovation to create a cohesive, engaging experience across commerce, subscription, and community. Additionally, Sarah leads the IT and infrastructure and analytics and data science teams where she leads the charge to democratize information, implement AI solutions, and generate insights to empower each person to make smarter, data-driven decisions and predict future outcomes. Building for scale, security, and global expansion, Sarah drives innovation and unlocks new markets and opportunities with her deep understanding of the customer. Before joining IPSY, she was the President and Chief Product Officer of Taskrabbit, Chief Operating Officer  of UrbanSitter, and Senior Vice President of product and growth at ModCloth.

Sandra has been at the forefront of technology and innovation for over two decades. Prior to starting Humanoid Labs, she was at Apple in the role of Managing Director, Interactive Worldwide Marketing Communications, managing a team of 1,200 people and leading Apple’s numerous customer-facing digital platforms―, Apple Online Store, Apple Store App, WeChat, Newsroom, In-Store Channel, Marketplaces, Pricing App, Today at Apple. Before Apple, Sandra was co-CEO at DDB, one of the world’s leading creative agencies, where she won multiple Cannes Grand Prix for work that is still being taught at universities as examples of best-in-class marketing.
